Where does your data go?
The personal data you provide us with implies express consent to be processed and incorporated into the files under the responsibility of:
- elrow Family, SL, a sole proprietorship company, with registered office at Gran Vía de Don Diego López de Haro 1, Planta 8 48001 Bilbao, Spain, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-22.429.971 and duly registered in the Mercantile Registry of Fraga (hereinafter ELROW ); and
- ELROW GLOBAL, SL, with registered office at Av. Esplugues 79, (08034) Barcelona, with NIF B-66.084.625 and duly registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona (hereinafter, ELROW ).
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, both companies, elrow Family and ELROW, will be referred to as elrow Family .
What is your data processed for?
The personal data you provide constitutes express consent for the administrative and commercial procedures inherent to the use of our services, products, and promotions, as well as for elrow Family to inform you about them through any means, unless you indicate otherwise.
Specifically:
Contact and Newsletter : To inform you about services, products and promotions of elrow Family, under any of its trade names, brands and distinctive signs (such as Monegros Desert Festival, elrow, etc.), as well as for commercial and statistical analysis, and to be able to improve and/or personalize the offers of our services and products.
User Registration : Register for your personal account on the elrow Family website to enjoy the services and products offered, including ticket sales and printing, as well as for commercial and statistical analysis, and to be able to improve and/or personalize our services and products.
Ticket Sales : To manage the purchase of tickets for the event selected by the user/buyer, for commercial and statistical analysis, and to improve and/or personalize the offerings of our services and products.
We inform you that during events organized by elrow Family, images of attendees may be taken. We cannot link or identify the person whose image belongs to the event using the identifying data in our files. elrow Family may use these images from the public event in publications and social media managed by elrow Family, in the press, and on any other social media within the common purposes and uses of the services provided, for an unlimited period of time. The primary purpose of processing your personal data is not subject to the informed consent you have given us when using our website to store cookies and share your anonymized information with third parties. What data do we need?

The data processed includes identifying information about users and participants, as well as information about the purchase method or options for events selected by the user.
In exceptional cases, and depending on the type of registration for events organized by elrow Family, information regarding hobbies, preferences, tastes, or membership in clubs, associations, etc., may be requested as mandatory. This data is collected for statistical analysis and to improve and/or personalize our services and products. If you do not provide or consent to the processing of such data, elrow Family reserves the right to refuse to process the sale or service in question if such data is considered mandatory.
Data retention period?
The data will be retained and processed until you request its deletion, and at least for the time required by current legal requirements for elrow Family.
Transfer and access of data by third parties
elrow Family will not share data with third parties without the user's prior consent.
What is the legal basis for the processing?
To the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes stated herein and as a necessary legal requirement, both the purchase of tickets and the submission of data in a form that you have completed yourself are positive and unequivocal actions that indicate your consent to the processing.

The data and information provided will be assumed to be true, accurate, and current, and it is the user's responsibility to modify and/or update this information at all times. The exercise of these rights is free of charge, unless requests are made that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case the interested party may be required to bear the cost of processing the request.
We also remind you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authorities for any legal violations.

elrow Family will treat the data with the utmost confidentiality and will maintain professional secrecy regarding all of them, obliging itself not to communicate them to unauthorized third parties without the respective consent, not even for their conservation, an obligation that will remain in force even after the commercial relationship with the user has ended; all of this in accordance with current regulations, adopting the necessary technical, organizational and security measures to guarantee the security of the personal data processed and to prevent their alteration, loss or unauthorized processing, taking into account the state of the art, the cost of the application, the nature of the data stored, the scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying probability and severity to which they are exposed and that the processing entails for the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
