For hygiene reasons, testing of any textile product is not possible.

It may take a while for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. Depending on your email settings, the confirmation email may end up in your spam or junk folder. If you haven't received anything, please contact us.

Unfortunately not. Please review your order before placing it, or place a new one.

For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is 48 hours.

• Ground Shipping: 3-8 business days depending on location
• Air shipping: between 48 and 72 hours

Delivery times are estimated and may vary during periods of high demand due to increased shipping volumes.

Unfortunately, not all sales collected at the festival are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Regarding online shipments, refunds are also not accepted, as all orders are final.
